Weekend Respite Camp

We will not be offering respite programs in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027. Please check back for Fall 2027.

Our respite program is modeled after our successful overnight summer camp allowing us to provide two days and nights of respite for families. This is also a great opportunity to experience camp on a smaller scale before committing to a full week away from home.

Join us for overnight fun on the beautiful campus of the Pocono Environmental Education Center (PEEC) where we hold Growing Green, one of our summer camps. Activities include nature inspired arts & crafts, music, birdwatching, nature hikes, animal tracking, foliage exploration and more. We promise an experience that engages, entertains and educates in a safe, nurturing environment staffed by Easterseals trained staff. You can rest easy knowing you are in the care of compassionate, qualified individuals. For ages 10 to adult. Staffing ratio 1:3. TSS and other staff welcome.
