ASQ Screenings

Please complete both the ASQ-3 and ASQ SE-2. Each screening takes about 10 minutes to complete. The results will help you see if the child’s progress is on track and alert you to any potential concerns. Easterseals MTFFC Program Coordinator will contact you to go over the results and, if needed, direct you to resources appropriate to address the child’s needs.
